I understand the pressure of leading at the top — because I've lived it.

I was a corporate executive, too.

Prior to starting my coaching practice, I spent 20 years in the consumer packaged goods industry, rising from brand management to Senior Vice-President at Coca-Cola in Canada.

While in that role, I engaged a professional coach myself — and the experience was transformative. I gained a deeper understanding of my strengths, values, and personal motivators, and a level of self-confidence I hadn't had before. It's part of why I do this work: I know what it's like to sit in the seat you're in, and I know how much it helps to have someone in your corner who truly understands the pressure.

In 2004, I left the corporate world to build a coaching practice around that experience. Since then, I've worked with CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives across mining, technology, CPG, distribution, and the public sector. The industries differ, but the demands of sustainable, high-performing leadership don't.

Professional executive coaching has come a long way, and through training, continuous courses, and thousands of hours of coaching leaders, I’ve learned countless techniques and approaches to coaching for the benefits of my clients.

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation; an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC - 2008); and a trained Organization and Relationship Systems (team) Coach (ORSC) with CRRGlobal.
